If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Cosmetics & skincare items

Undergarments & socks

Food & perishable goods

Customized or personalized items

Products purchased on sale/discount (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or store credit).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product, GoCart by Azan will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
